Applying
How do I apply?
Applications are submitted online through Populi, our student information system.
Start your application, or send a quick inquiry first if you'd rather talk to someone.
When can I start? Do I have to wait for September?
No — enrollment is open year round. Each course runs for one month, and new students can begin at the start of any course.
Nine courses are scheduled each school year, September through May.
Are there entry requirements?
We teach students at every stage — from the new high school graduate to the retiree, from the stay-at-home parent to the executive professional.
All degree students begin in Track 1 regardless of transfer credit status.

Can I transfer credits from another college?
Yes. FCCollege awards credit for previously earned credits and degrees, up to a maximum of 60 credits. Your transcripts are reviewed and you'll be notified of what's awarded.
Note that credits from FCCollege don't typically transfer to state schools, because our curriculum is limited to Christian theology and biblical study.
Cost
How much does it cost?
For 2025–2026:
- Audit — $110.00 per course, $990.00 a year.
- Undergraduate — $220.00 per course, $1,980.00 a year.
- Graduate — In Class Courses — $240.00 per course, $2,160.00 a year.
- Graduate — Master's Thesis — $300.00 per course, — a year.
Registration is $50.00 per semester.
Are there discounts?
- On-time payment — 10% off monthly tuition
- Semester or year pre-payment — 15% off tuition
- Multi-family member — varies by how many family members are enrolled (does not apply to Audit students)
Is financial aid or FAFSA available?
FCCollege is not a Title IV accredited college, so federal aid — grants and loans — is not available through us.
A limited number of scholarships are funded by the college. Students apply using the Scholarship Application, also available in the Forms tab in Populi. Completing it doesn't guarantee an award.
Students are welcome to seek outside scholarships.
When is tuition due, and can I pay monthly?
Tuition is due on the first night of each new course. If you can't pay in full at the start, a payment plan can be arranged with the college bursar.
Our goal is for students to complete each year with no debt, so tuition is paid in full during the school year.
What if I have to withdraw?
Refunds on monthly tuition are:
- Before the first week of class — 100%
- Before the second week — 50%
- After the second week — no refund
Fees are not refunded, and any pre-payment discount is void on early withdrawal.
Classes
When are classes held?
Most campuses meet on Tuesday evenings. Each night is three 45-minute sessions with two 15-minute breaks.

How long is each course?
Each course runs for one month. Nine courses are scheduled per school year, September through May, and each carries 3 credits.
With the Strategic Service Practicum, a full year is 30 credits.
How much homework is there?
Homework is minimal and varies by subject. Most of it is reading the assigned book each month.
Books are chosen to enhance the classroom teaching, and are practical rather than academic.
What if I miss a class?
If you miss a class, listen to the recording before the following class night.
Can I attend online or from another state?
Yes. Distance students have joined our Tuesday night classes from across the United States, the Philippines and Haiti — an option that grew out of moving classes online in 2020.
What papers do I have to write, and what format?
All papers at FCCollege use MLA formatting.

Degrees
What degrees can I earn?
Associate of Theology (60 credits), Bachelor of Theology (120), Master of Theology (36 after the Bachelor) and Doctor of Theology (75). There's also a non-degree Audit option.
What tracks of study are offered?
4 tracks, 81 courses in total:
- Biblical Studies — 45 courses
- Children's Ministry — 9 courses
- Christian Business & Leadership — 18 courses
- Worship Discipleship — 9 courses
Is Faith Christian College accredited?
The Washington Student Achievement Council has determined that FCCollege qualifies for religious exempt status from the Degree-Granting Institutions Act, for the Associate, Bachelor, Master and Doctor of Theology programs.
The Council makes no evaluation of the institution's administration, faculty, business practices, financial condition or quality of offerings.
FCCollege is not Title IV accredited, so federal financial aid is not available.
What is the Audit program?
Audit students attend classes and join discussion, but don't complete assignments or the practicum. Complete nine courses in a year and you receive a Certificate of Completion for that track.
Audit courses must be retaken if you later pursue a degree.
What is the Strategic Service Practicum?
Degree students complete volunteer hours for credit each year — 75 hours, or 150 for Masters students — serving in a church or related ministry.

Do you have international campuses?
Yes — in Saint-Marc, Haiti and Puerto Cortés, Honduras. Curriculum is translated into the local language.

Yes — there's an annual mission trip open to students and alumni.

How do I request a transcript?
Submit the Transcript Request form to the Registrar. Transcripts can only be requested by the student.
